We experienced a well pump failure on a holiday. Chris was extremely, prompt, courteous, and very professional. He diagnosed the problem first and was very thorough, and only after determining the pump was the issue, recommended a replacement. We had our water restored in only couple hours.

I had just bought a new house and my well water system was awful. The water was very acidic, had low pressure, smelled, and all the faucets spit because of excess air in the system. I had a particular filtration system in mind that I had researched, which is low maintenance and requires no chemicals to raise the PH levels unlike most PH neutralizers. Other companies I talked to either wanted to drill an entirely new well or were not interested in installing anything but their own systems. Chris took up the challenge. Great guy right from the start. He worked with me, gave some great suggestions, and one by one all the issues I had were solved. My water quality and the water delivery is more than I had ever expected. If you have water issues, Chris is the guy for you. I would definitely, highly recommend him to anyone I know.
Chris was professional, responsive and did a great job. We bought an older home, Chris assessed the well and made a list of recommendations and provided pricing. We asked he check the water quality, he came back with different options. We selected the most complete (expensive) option which was less than the Sytems we put on our last house. All went well and Chris has followed up once we moved in. We requested and he put on a plan so we wouldn’t worry about any water issues.

We were referred to Chris Parker Enterprises from a friend. We realized we had an issue with our water purification system. It had stopped working, tripping its breaker, leaving our home and our tenants without water. Upon calling Chris, he walked me through the process of temporarily bypassing our systems to allow immediate water to the house. The system appeared very complex to me, but Chris was able to walk me through and explain the process of bypassing the system. We got water to the house within minutes – as though he was right here – with his excellent and patient explanation. Chris obviously knows these water systems inside out. He came by later in the day and replaced the water pump that had seized up after about 5 years of operation. He came by another day and replaced a filter unit to reduce strain on the new pump. We can’t say enough about his excellent and professional demeanor and his exceptional knowledge in his field, working with pumps and water systems. He made no attempts to upsell us and in fact indicated we had an otherwise exceptional system. We have come to trust him and from the very fair billing, we know he is honest, personable and reasonable. We highly recommend calling Chris Parker Enterprises first for well or water issues, as Chris can quickly diagnose the issue and knows nearly everyone else in related fields should a separate referral be necessary.

Chris was a lifesaver when our well stopped working with company coming into town. He came out and diagnosed the problem and then came back later in the evening to make the repairs. He was a pleasure to work with and I would use him again.
